A Natural Paradise
On the wild West Coast of South Africa, just 220km north of Cape Town and 5km from the renowned surf spot, Elands Bay, lies a historic World Heritage site of outstanding natural beauty. A perfect spot for workshops, weddings and birthdays - as well as bird watching, horse riding, quad biking, kayaking, fishing, walking, surfing, rock art, wild flowers - or just enjoying a wonderful piece of wilderness.

Elands Bay
Elands Bay is a cult surf spot famed for its six star left breaking wave. Surfers from all over the world make the pilgrimage to this savagely beautiful place. With heartbreakingly beautiful sunsets and magnificent crayfish, this is one of the key places on the wild West Coast.

In the area
Verlorenvlei is of enormous archaeological importance because of the many cave dwellings and rock paintings. The farm is called "Vensterklip", which translated from Afrikaans means stone window. The area is also home to the Southernspeckled padloper (Homopus signatus cafer) which only reaches a height of 30mm.
